AMINA India is a wholly owned subsidiary of AMINA Bank AG. AMINA India acts as a virtual extension of the bank supporting activities spanning trading & liquidity management, digital assets research, marketing, investment solutions, risk management, account management, mid/back-office, product management, technology & engineering, IT support, finance and human resources. 

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

We are seeking highly motivated and analytically driven individuals to join our Trading & Treasury function of AMINA. This program is designed to provide a structured and accelerated learning journey across trading & trading systems , treasury and quantitative research. As a Management Trainee, you will gain exposure to global financial and digital asset markets, trading operations, market-making activities, pricing methodologies, and risk management frameworks. Through hands-on experience, mentorship, and rotational assignments, you will develop the skills required to progress into specialized roles within Spot Trading, Derivatives Trading, eTrading or Quantitative Research. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates passionate about financial markets, technology, quantitative analysis, and trading strategies to build a long-term career in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Your AMINA To-Do List

  • Gain hands-on exposure to spot trading, market-making and the trade lifecycle across global markets.  
  • Develop an understanding of financial markets, including digital assets, foreign exchange, commodities, derivatives and other financial products.
  • Monitor market developments and contribute to market research, analysis and internal reporting. 
  • Support analysis of market data and contribute to projects involving quantitative analysis, automation and technology-enabled trading solutions. 
  • Build a strong understanding of how trading, liquidity, risk and technology come together to support AMINA’s global business. 
  • Take ownership of learning opportunities and contribute to projects that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the function.

Your golden ticket to the AMINA team:

Must Have: 
  • MBA in Finance or related disciplines from a reputable institution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or another quantitative discipline. 
  • Prior internship or work experience in Trading, Treasury, Risk Management, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Quantitative Research, or Asset Management. 
  • Understanding of financial instruments, including FX, commodities, fixed income, equities, derivatives, or digital assets. 
  • Strong quantitative aptitude with the ability to interpret market data and identify trends. • Strong communication and presentation skills. 
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 market environment, including rotational evening, night, and weekend shifts when required. 
Good to Have:
  • Knowledge of blockchain technology, digital assets, and cryptocurrency markets. 
  • Exposure to trading & treasury functions. 
  • Familiarity with trading platforms, market data systems, and quantitative research tools .
