Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

In the Payments Strategy & Business Development role you will lead the commercial growth of AMINA Bank's global payments business by acquiring and managing strategic relationships across the payments ecosystem. Leveraging AMINA's regulated banking infrastructure and stablecoin-enabled payment rails, the role will help Payment Service Providers (PSPs), fintechs, financial institutions and corporates solve cross-border payment, treasury and settlement challenges. This is a strategic growth and business development role for an individual with an established network within the payments industry, a proven ability to originate and close enterprise relationships, and the commercial mindset to build a high-growth payments franchise within a regulated Swiss bank

  • Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle, including pipeline generation, client engagement, solution design, commercial negotiations and contract execution.
  • Work closely with prospective clients to understand their payment flows, operational challenges and liquidity requirements, developing tailored fiat and stablecoin-based payment solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, Compliance, Legal and Technology teams to successfully onboard clients and deliver scalable payment capabilities.
  • Build strategic partnerships with correspondent banks, payment infrastructure providers, settlement partners and financial institutions to strengthen AMINA's payments offering.
  • Own commercial growth targets, revenue generation and business development KPIs for the payments business. Maintain accurate CRM reporting and forecasting to track commercial performance against targets.
  • Represent AMINA at industry conferences, fintech events and client meetings to expand the bank's presence within the global payments ecosystem.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings and regulatory developments to identify new market opportunities and maintain AMINA's competitive positioning

Your golden ticket to the AMINA team:

  • 8–15+ years of experience in strategic growth, enterprise sales, business development or relationship management within payments, banking, fintech or financial infrastructure.
