Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

At AMINA India, we are looking for an experienced professional to lead end‑to‑end process discovery, redesign, and AI-driven automation across critical business functions, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and measurable impact. The role also champions compliant, well-governed solutions while driving adoption through close collaboration with stakeholders, delivering sustainable, high-value transformation.

Your AMINA To-Do List

Discover, map and redesign processes
  • Run process-discovery workshops with teams across compliance, onboarding, operations, treasury, and client services.
  • Produce clear, accurate process maps (BPMN or equivalent) and document the inputs, decisions, controls, and hand-offs in each workflow.
  • Redesign and optimize the process at hand, preparing it for potential automation / AI integration
  • Identify automation candidates and quantify the opportunity — FTE saved, cycle-time reduction, error-rate impact, and cost.
Design and build AI-driven automation
  • Translate process pain points into automation solutions using LLM-based workflows, integration platforms, and APIs.
  • Build, test, and iterate on automations — from document extraction and drafting assistants to alert triage, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Engineer reliable prompts and pipelines, design the human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and evaluate AI output quality with real test sets rather than vibes.
  • Track token usage, run-cost, and ROI per initiative, and make pragmatic build-vs-buy and model-selection decisions.
Keep it compliant and governed
  • Design every automation so the accountable human still owns the decision — especially in regulated processes (KYC/AML, transaction monitoring, reporting).
  • Work with Compliance, Risk, and IT to ensure solutions meet control, audit, data-protection, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain documentation, change logs, and a clear inventory of what's automated, who owns it, and how it's monitored.
Drive adoption
  • Partner with business owners to pilot, refine, and roll out automations — and to get genuine buy-in, not shelfware.
  • Build internal momentum for AI adoption in a risk-aware environment, navigating IT and security gatekeeping constructively.
  • Train users, write SOPs, and hand over solutions in a maintainable state.

Your golden ticket to the AMINA team:

  • 4–10 years of experience in Business Process Management, Process Improvement, Automation, or Operational Transformation.
  • Proven experience analyzing, redesigning, andoptimizingbusiness processes using structured methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, Process Mining).
  • Strong stakeholder management andrequirements-gatheringskills across business and technical teams.
  • Hands-on experience with AI and workflow automation tools, including LLMs, APIs, and integration platforms (e.g., n8n, Make, Zapier).
  • Practical understanding of prompt engineering, AI evaluation, and implementation ofappropriate controlsand guardrails.
  • Working knowledge of Python or similar scripting languages and data analysis.
  • Experience within banking, fintech, financial services, oranotherregulated industry.
  • Understanding offinancial-servicesprocesses such as KYC, AML, onboarding, payments, reconciliation, or regulatory reporting.
  • Knowledge of risk, controls, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance considerations.
  • Strong communicationskills with the ability to bridge business, compliance, and technology stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach and the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
Preferred 
  • Experience with crypto, digital assets, or blockchain-related processes.
  • Familiarity with FINMA,MiCA, AML, or similar regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience with RAG, AI assistants, agentic workflows, Process Mining, or RPA tools.German language skills are a plus.
